With over 10 years experience in compliance and legal, James is an incredibly passionate member of the global compliance community. Having worked in enforcement with the UK FCA, and also in the industry, James has a great grasp of the challenges in being a compliance officer, and what we need to do to improve and enhance our skillsets and capabilities, and the importance of having a mentor and being a mentee.
